East meets West: A calling to Healing
IIn the heart of New York City, surrounded by the lights, energy, and relentless pace, I appeared to be living a dream—working as a full-time model and actress, competing in the Miss USA pageant, juggling grad school, and taking acting classes. On the outside, everything looked polished and picture-perfect. But behind the surface, I was struggling.
Underneath the glamor was a young woman suffocating under immense pressure—pressure to be perfect, to look a certain way, to perform, to be accepted. I was constantly scrutinized, criticized, and objectified in an industry that demanded more than I could give and offered little support in return. The constant stress, sexual harassment, and negative feedback left me feeling like a stranger in my own skin.
In an effort to keep up, I punished my body—through starvation, overexercising, and relentless self-judgment. My health spiraled. I developed cystic acne, thinning hair, chronic digestive issues like IBS, and overwhelming fatigue. Emotionally, I felt isolated, anxious, and disconnected. I didn’t recognize the woman in the mirror anymore.
That unraveling became my awakening.
Desperate for healing, I began exploring beyond conventional medicine and discovered Ayurveda, yoga, and holistic healing. These ancient practices helped me reconnect to my body—not as something to control or fix—but as something to deeply honor. I started nourishing myself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I began to experience, for the first time in years, what it felt like to be grounded, whole, and alive.
That turning point led me to the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, where I trained as a natural chef and immersed myself in the world of health-supportive cooking. I continued my studies in functional nutrition, Ayurvedic medicine, circadian biology, culinary arts, and functional lab testing to understand the deep root causes of imbalance—especially those that plague women: poor digestion, hormone chaos, chronic stress, fatigue, and stubborn weight gain.
Today, I am a Functional Nutritionist and Natural Chef, and I help women reconnect to their bodies through real nourishment, sacred rituals, and science-backed healing. My approach is holistic and deeply personalized. I guide women in healing their digestion, balancing their hormones, and reclaiming their energy using tools rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, circadian biology, and functional lab testing—so they can finally feel at home in their bodies again.
I teach my clients how to eat and live in a way that aligns with the body’s natural rhythms. We don’t chase quick fixes—we restore from the inside out. We work with the body, not against it. Together, we uncover the blocks—physical, emotional, and energetic—that are keeping them stuck, and we build a new foundation based on trust, nourishment, and vitality.
This path of healing wasn’t linear, and it wasn’t easy—but it was sacred. I now understand that the greatest gift I could give myself was the decision to stop abandoning my body and start listening to it.
To the woman who feels tired, inflamed, disconnected, or unseen—I see you. You are not broken. You are simply being called home to yourself.
Let me guide you there.
